Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling:
Our standard shipping and handling fee is a flat $7.50 for up to 12 pairs of socks, $10.00 for up to 24 pairs of socks. We use UPS as our main shipper. And USPS Priority Mail for our default shipper. For other means of shipping please check the appropriate box on CHECK OUT.

Delivery Schedule:
We deliver your order right away. We will normally ship your order out in 2 business days . International orders are generally received worldwide within 10 business days (subject to custom delays in receiving country).

Back Orders:
Please enter a valid email address for SockGuy to contact you about any backorders.

Tax Charges:
Tax only applies to orders placed in California. All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security:
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
