Holiday Schedule?
We do our best to grab your order and turn it around as fast as possible. Please bear with us during the extremely busy holidays. Expedited shipping services, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air may require an additional day. Economy/Free Shipping and USPS may take up to 10 days. Please plan ahead for your holiday shopping. How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your account you will need to click on the little person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and either open a session or click on My Account. 

How do I request a new password?
Click on the little person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on My Account. Enter your email address in the "Lost Your Password?" section at the bottom and hit enter. A new password will be emailed to the email address you have provided. Be sure to check junk or spam folders for the new password and then return and enter the new credentials on the same login page.

I just received a promo code, how do I apply it to an order I just placed?
Promo codes can only be applied during checkout and cannot be applied afterward. Refunds cannot be issued for the amount of the promo code discount after the order has already been placed and/or received.

How do I exchange or return my socks?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our products for one year after purchase. If you have a problem with your SockGuy purchase and would like to start the return or exchange process, please contact us at customerservice@sockguy.com OR call us toll-free: 1.888.232.5376. We're not 100% satisfied unless you are 100% happy with your purchase.  

How do I ship internationally? 

International orders* are shipped via USPS unless otherwise instructed, and are generally received worldwide within 10-15 business days.  Shipping via USPS does have a tracking number but shipping time is unknown. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is unpredictable how long it will take to ship out of country or if there will be delays at Customs. Lost package claim is available but takes longer to process and no guarantee for full refund.

*Canadian orders are processed the same as orders within the United States.  

How do I get started on a custom order?  
To get started on creating your own custom socks with our team, you can email us at custom@sockguy.com or call us at our toll-free number. We will reply to your email within one business day. Please visit our Custom page for more details about ordering. 

How do I find out what your custom lead time is?  
Custom delivery time is usually 4 - 6 weeks, but please contact us at custom@sockguy.com or call us at our toll-free number a to get a more precise timeline. 

When will an item be back in stock?
Some of our designs are limited edition production only, and some of them are more permanent fixtures in our store.  

How do I get SG socks in my retail store?
If you’d like to be a SockGuy dealer, please email us at B2B@sockguy.com or call and ask for our retail sales department. 

I am having a problem with a pair of my socks…What do I do?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our products for one year after purchase. If you have a problem with your SockGuy purchase, please contact us at customerservice@sockguy.com OR call us on our toll-free number. We're not 100% satisfied unless you are 110% happy with your purchase.  

Where are SockGuy socks made?
All of our socks are proudly made in the USA.  

Are SG sock designs knitted into the sock, embroidered or heat transferred? 
SockGuy designs are knitted into the sock, so there’s no worry about the design fading, disappearing or coming out over time and repeated washings.  

What materials are SG socks made of?

Do you make women’s specific socks in a size L/XL? 
Our women's specific designs come in size S/M and fit women's shoe sizes 5-9. They can be found here.
We also have many unisex designs that come in both our Stretch-to-Fit S/M and L/XL sizes. All of our L/XL socks fit women’s shoe sizes 10-14.

How do I care for my SockGuy Socks? 
For the best results your socks should be turned inside-out and washed and dried on COOL or low heat. Do NOT use fabric softeners.
