Regular hours are from 8am PST until 4 pm PST Monday through Friday. SockGuy will be closed December 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th, as well as January 1st, 2025. The shipping department will be closed from December 23rd until January 2nd. All orders placed while SockGuy is closed will be shipped once the shipping department has reopened again on January 2nd.

International orders are generally received worldwide within 10-15 business days (subject to custom delays in receiving country).
All international consumer orders are shipped via USPS and we strongly recommend contacting one of our international distributors (link to dealer locator main page where there will be a list of distributors) based on the overseas shipping rates and inability to track packages once they leave the United States.
